(G) Zubair Seyed – Ontario Tech

This past week, Zubair helped his team secure two crucial wins as Ontario Tech looks to secure a playoff spot. He’s been a crucial Against Laurentian, he scored 22 points on 46% efficiency, followed by 6 rebounds and 3 steals. His next performance was even more impressive. He scored 28 points on an incredible 71% from the field, with 7 assists and 5 rebounds. He’s been one of the best players in the OUA this season, and he will play a massive part in keeping Ontario Tech’s season alive.
(G) Aaron Rhooms – TMU

Aaron Rhooms remains the OUA’s leading scorer, averaging 34.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. He recently posted a season-high 43 points against Brock, the highest single-game total in USports this year. His strong play has helped TMU win three of their last four games as they push for positioning in the Central division. With two games remaining, TMU will need to secure both wins give themselves a shot at second place in the division – which can prove to be crucial come playoff time.
(G) Jacques Guemeta – Ottawa

Jacques Guemeta had a huge game this past week against one of the best teams in the OUA in Carleton, posting 22 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals. During this game Jacques was a swiss army knife offensively scoring from all three levels, but what really made the difference was his ability to get to the free throw line and make a crucial 9 out of 10 free throws to help his team. Guemeta is in the top 15 in both scoring as well as rebounding, helping the Ottawa Gee Gees rise to an extremely impressive 18-2 record this season. The Gee Gees are currently the team to beat with a 14 game win streak and with Guemeta’s contributions on the offensive end the they look even scarier with the playoffs soon approaching.

(F) Nathan Bilamu – Lakehead

Nathan Bilamu has been a key force behind Lakehead’s impressive season, solidifying his status as the OUA’s second-leading scorer. Averaging 23.5 points and 3 assists, he has consistently delivered on both ends of the floor. His standout performances have earned him multiple Team of the Week appearances, and his leadership was on full display in two strong wins against Toronto. With Lakehead winning seven of their last eight games, Bilamu continues to be the driving force behind their success as they push toward a deep playoff run.
